Our shipping rates are just under what it actually costs to ship for a small business. We try to keep our product rates as low as possible, which in-turn leads to higher shipping. Because we would love for you to visit, when you are here in our amazing town, please pick up locally here!
Your order is usually shipped within 2 business days, but because our coffee is roasted on demand it may take 3-5 business days to ship in some circumstances. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped so you know when to expect it. If it is not the typical situation, expect an email with clarifying questions.
Returns
If you have received an incorrect or defective item please reach out so it can be made right. Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

We ship to almost any address in the US, unfortunately we are not currently shipping internationally.
The method used to ship is the one that will get it to you the quickest at the most economical price. Usually UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
